This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies to residents of Washington State, Nevada, Connecticut and other US states with consumer health data laws. It supplements our Privacy Policy. Consumer health data we collect

Only when you choose to provide it and give your consent: allergies and sensitivities, skin type and concerns, health conditions relevant to a treatment, and your interest in or requests for aesthetic, wellness or medical services, including inferences drawn from these.

Sources and purposes

We collect this information directly from you (in conversations, by email or WhatsApp, or in a consent form before your experience). We use it only to select suitable products and prepare the Services you request safely.

Sharing

We do not share consumer health data with third parties, including our medical-tourism partner, which collects any information it needs directly from you. Our service providers Shopify and Meta (WhatsApp) may process it on our behalf when you send it to us through their services. We never sell consumer health data and do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

You may confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, access it, obtain a list of the third parties and affiliates with which we shared it (with their contact details), withdraw your consent, and request deletion. Email contact@thechapterseoul.com with the subject “Consumer health data request”. We respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 days when reasonably necessary). If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General (Washington: atg.wa.gov).
