Cancellation Policy

Every Chapter Seoul experience is private, reserved for a fixed date and prepared specifically for you. Full payment is required at booking.

7-day withdrawal right

You may cancel free of charge within 7 days of your booking confirmation, as long as your experience has not yet begun: you receive a full refund (statutory right under Korean e-commerce law).

After this period

• More than 14 days before your experience: refund of the price less a 10% booking fee — or one free rescheduling, subject to availability.
• Between 14 days and 72 hours before: 50% of the price is retained; the balance is refunded.
• Less than 72 hours before, or no-show: 100% of the price is retained.

How to cancel or reschedule

Please write to contact@thechapterseoul.com or message us on WhatsApp (+82 10-8569-1707). The time your message is received (Seoul time, KST, UTC+9) determines the applicable terms. Late arrival does not extend the experience.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel an experience, you choose between a full refund and rescheduling at no cost.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of confirmation. Your bank may take a few additional days to credit the amount.

Free events

For free events by application, we kindly ask you to let us know as early as possible if you can no longer attend, so that your place can be offered to another guest.
